Pay Levy
In order to access the Levy Payment system you will need to be:
1- a Strata Real Estate Services client, and
2 - have to hand your current Levies Due Statement.
3 - have located the WESTPAC Reference Numbers - as printed on your levy statement.

If not or if you cannot find your WESTPAC Reference Numbers please email admin@stratares.com.au and put the words "WESTPAC REFERENCE NUMBERS REQUIRED" in the subject bar.
Once verified and authorised we will send your new WESTPAC Reference Numbers to your registered email address.

REMEMBER the schemes Macquarie Bank Trust account is now closed - do not pay your levy using DEFT Reference Numbers or to the now closed Macquarie Bank Trust Account. If you need a copy of your new WESTPAC Levy Statement now Due please email admin@stratares.com.au and put the words "NEW Levy statement with WESTPAC REFERENCE NUMBERS required" in the subject bar.
