In order to access Finance Reports and Information for your scheme you will need to be:
1- a Strata Real Estate Services client, and
2 - have been issued with an additional Finance Web Access Username and Password.

If not or if you have forgotten your Finance Web Access Username and Password please email admin@stratares.com.au and put the words "FINANCE WEB ACCESS REQUIRED" in the subject bar.
Once verified and authorised we will send your new Finance Web Access Username and Password to your registered email address.
